Stir-Fried Broccoli And Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. broccoli flowerets
    3 Tbsp. oil
    2 medium carrots (matchstick cut)
    2 small onions, cut into wedges
    1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/3 c. Karo corn syrup
    3 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation
    Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
    Add broccoli, carrots and onions; stir-fry until tender-crisp.
    Add water chestnuts.
