Savory Zucchini Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 (8 oz.) can refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
    1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 egg, beaten
    sesame seed (optional)
Preparation
    Pat zucchini to absorb moisture with paper towel.
    In skillet, saute zucchini and onion in magarine for 5 minutes.
    Separate dough into 2 long rectangles.
    Press or roll to form a 12 x 8-inch rectangle, sealing perforations.
    Spread filling evenly over dough. Sprinkle cheese on top of zucchini filling, starting at longest side, roll up and seal edges.
    Place, seam side down, on greased cookie sheet.
    With sharp knife, make cuts at 1-inch intervals halfway through roll.
    Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seed.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
