Muriel'S Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 potatoes for mashing, cut in pieces
    1 medium onion
    1 stick margarine
    1 large pkg. cream cheese
    milk
    garlic powder
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Boil potatoes as usual.
    Saute onion.
    Drain potatoes and mash with margarine and cream cheese until blended.
    Add onion and mix. Add salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste.
    If potatoes are too thick, add milk until creamy.
    Serves a lot.
