Russian Fluff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 large onion, diced
    1 c. celery, chopped
    3 c. cooked rice or 1 1/2 c. uncooked
    2 cans water
    1 can small peas
    1 green pepper
    2 small or 1 large can Heinz tomato soup
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown hamburger, onion and green pepper.
    Add celery, peas and cooked rice.
    Put into large casserole.
    Mix tomato soup with equal water.
    Add catsup.
    Pour over ingredients in casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
