Frank'S Red Beans And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. dried red beans
    1/2 lb. ham hock
    2 qt. water
    3 c. chopped onions
    1 bunch green onions, chopped
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    2 large cloves garlic, crushed
    1 c. chopped parsley
    8 oz. tomato sauce
    1/2 tsp. red pepper
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    2 bay leaves
    3 to 4 dashes Tabasco sauce
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 to 2 lb. smoked link sausage, sliced (Andouille)
Preparation
    Cover beans with water and soak overnight or 6 to 8 hours. Drain beans.
    Wash and place in large pot with ham hock and 2 quarts of water.
    Simmer for 45 minutes.
