Salmon Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 large can salmon, flaked and drained
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. parsley
    1/2 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together except parsley and nuts.
    Shape into ball.
    Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours.
    When ready to serve, mix nuts and parsley.
    Roll ball in mixture.
