Buffalo Rouladen - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    18 oz. buffalo strip, cut in oblong pieces (3 oz. each)
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1/3 c. chopped raw bacon
    3 oblong dill pickles, sliced in half longways
    dash of vegetable oil
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can beef consomme, diluted with 1/2 c. water and 2 c. beef bouillon (2 cubes)
    parsley for garnish
Preparation
    Season 6 pieces of steak lightly with salt and pepper.
    Divide onion and bacon evenly and place on top of steaks, then top with pickle halves.
    Roll each one and secure with toothpicks or skewers.
    Brown in lightly oiled skillet.
