Hawaiian Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped pecans
    3 eggs
    1 c. Mazola oil
    2 ripe bananas, mashed
    1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In large mixing bowl, sift dry ingredients together.
    Stir in pecans.
    In another bowl beat eggs slightly.
    Beat in oil; stir in bananas, pineapple and vanilla. Grease and flour two loaf pans. Mix the banana mixture into dry ingredients.
    Pour batter into loaf pans and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Allow cakes to cool in pans for 10 minutes.
    Remove from pans and cool completely on wire rack.
