Cabbage Cha Cha - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cabbage
    1 large stalk celery
    1 medium green pepper
    1 c. Crisco oil
    1 c. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 large onion
Preparation
    Shred cabbage.
    Chop celery, green pepper and onion very fine. Combine in a large bowl.
    Mix Crisco oil, lemon juice and sugar together.
    Beat until beads form.
    Pour over cabbage mixture.
    Let marinate in refrigerator until served.
