Baklava(Greek Pastry) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fillo dough
    2 c. blanched almonds or walnuts
    1 lb. sweet butter (unsalted), melted for brushing on leaves
Preparation
    You will need 1 (2-inch) deep baking tray approximately 12 x 16-inch.
    (I use a jelly roll pan only 1-inch deep.)
