Garlic Cheese Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese
    2 lb. pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. ground pecans
    1 button garlic
    chili powder
Preparation
    Grate Cheddar, then cream with cream cheese until smooth. Grind pecans and garlic; mix with cheese.
    After well mixed, roll into 3 rolls about 1 1/2 inches thick, then roll in chili powder to coat.
    Wrap in wax paper and refrigerate.
