Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1 2/3 c. sweetened condensed milk
1 c. milk
3 eggs
3 egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Sprinkle sugar in round cake pan.
Place over medium heat. Caramelize sugar by shaking pan occasionally, until sugar melts and turns a light golden brown.
Cool; combine next 6 ingredients in blender.
Process 15 seconds on high.
Pour over sugar; cover pan with aluminum foil and place into a large shallow pan.
Pour hot water into larger pan to a depth of 1-inch.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes or until a knife inserted into center comes out clean. Remove pan from water and uncover.
Let cool on rack at least 30 minutes.
Loosen edge with spatula, invert onto a plate.
