Broccoli Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 c. mayo
2 eggs, well beaten
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 medium onion, chopped
1 c. shredded cheese
1/2 stick butter, melted
1/2 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
Preparation

Cook broccoli and drain.
Put cheese with soup in pan to melt (save some cheese for top).
Combine soup and cheese with mayo, eggs and onion.
Add to broccoli.
Mix together and put in 9-inch baking dish that has been greased.
Sprinkle cheese on top. Combine melted butter and stuffing mix.
Place on top of cheese. Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
