Chili Dip-Southwestern - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
4 oz. chopped black olives, drained
4 oz. chopped chili peppers, drained
1 c. mayonnaise (regular or light)
dash of garlic powder
dash of hot sauce
1 fresh tomato, chopped
1/4 c. green onions, sliced
white corn chips/pita chips
Preparation
-
Stir cheese, mayonnaise, half of the olives, half of the peppers, garlic and hot sauce.
Place in a 9-inch pie plate.
Bake about 20 minutes, uncovered.
Do not overbake!
Sprinkle with the chopped tomato, balance of olives and chili peppers.
Serve with pita chips or corn chips.
