Lentil Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. lentils, sorted and rinsed
    3 c. water
    1 diced potato
    1 chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 grated carrot
    2 slices bacon, fried and drained
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and cook for 1 hour.
    Serves 6 to 8.
