Lemon Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. frozen blueberries
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/4 c. butter
    1 egg
    1 tsp. grated lemon peel
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease muffin tins.
    Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and baking soda.
    Combine butter, egg, lemon peel, buttermilk and flour mixture. Fold in blueberries. Fill muffin cups about 2/3 full.
    Bake 20 to 25 minutes. Top muffins with lemon glaze.
