Ingredients

1 pt. strawberries, washed and stemmed
1/2 (3 oz.) box sugar-free strawberry gelatin
1 1/2 level Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. cold water
3/4 c. boiling water
Preparation

Mix the gelatin, cornstarch and cold water in a saucepan.
Add boiling water.
Stirring constantly, bring to a boil; remove from heat.
When mixture is cool (not solid), add strawberries.
Pour into baked crust and chill until solid.
Before serving, top with frozen whipped topping spread evenly over pie.
