Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    4 eggs
    2 tsp. soda
    3 c. grated raw carrots
    1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients; add oil and mix well.
    Add eggs one at a time; blend well and add carrots.
    Beat until well blended.
    Pour into a well-greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    This is a moist, delicious cake.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 1 hour.
