Vanilla Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs
    2 (13 oz.) cans Pet evaporated milk
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. whole milk
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat eggs in large bowl with electric mixer at medium speed. Mix in evaporated milk, sugar, whole milk and vanilla until sugar dissolves.
    Pour into freezer can.
    Freeze according to general operating directions.
    Makes approximately 1 gallon.
