Oatmeal Icebox Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. shortening
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. soda, add with flour
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1/4 c. nuts
1 1/2 to 2 c. flour
1 c. white sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. salt (add with flour)
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. quick oatmeal

Preparation

Mix in order and form in rolls.
Chill and slice.
Bake at 375\u00b0 until done.
