Pepper Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

beef shoulder steak, cut into thin strips
2 large green peppers
1 large onion, cut in wedges
1 can tomato sauce
1 can tomato soup (condensed)
2 to 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
garlic salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

In a 5-quart Dutch oven, mix together tomato soup, tomato sauce, soy sauce, garlic salt and pepper. Add green peppers, onion and steak.
Cook until tender.
Serve over rice, noodles or macaroni. It's delicious!
