Ronald Reagan'S Corned Beef Hash In Bell Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium potatoes, cooked and diced
    olive oil
    1 large onion, diced
    3 medium tomatoes, diced
    1 can corned beef
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 bell pepper per serving
    1 egg per serving
Preparation
    Five minutes before serving, drop raw egg in top of each pepper.
    Sprinkle with paprika, salt and pepper.
    Return to oven until egg has set.
