Onion Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 medium Vidalia onions, cut up
2 Tbsp. butter
3/4 c. milk
2 eggs
Ritz crackers, crushed
1 c. sharp cheese, grated
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Lightly cook onions in butter.
Make crust in pie of crackers. Place onions over crust.
Beat milk, eggs, salt and pepper and pour over onions.
Sprinkle cheese over top.
Bake 30 minutes in a 400\u00b0 oven.
