Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
    2 sticks margarine, softened
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    2 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients (except 1/2 stick of margarine and potato chips.
    Pour into greased casserole.
    Melt 1/2 stick margarine; pour over crushed potato chips.
    Put on top of potato mixture and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours uncovered.
    Serve hot.
    Serves 8 to 10 people.
