Japanese Fruit Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup sugar
    1 stick butter
    pinch of salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1/2 cup coconut
    1/2 cup pecans
    1/2 cup raisins
    1 9 inch pie shell
Preparation
    Combine sugar, butter, salt, eggs, vinegar, coconut, pecans and raisins until smooth.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake in preheated 325 degree oven 40 to 45 minutes or until set in center. Cool at least 1 hour before cutting.
