Baked Salmon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 salmon steaks or filets
    1 c. heavy cream
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 1/4 tsp. dill weed
    1 Tbsp. butter
    salt
    freshly ground pepper
Preparation
    Wipe the 6 pieces of salmon dry and arrange in a well buttered baking dish.
    Sprinkle the grated onion and other seasonings over the top of the fish.
    Pour all the cream over the fish.
    Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
    Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley and lemon wedges.
