German Skillet Beans - cooking recipe

6 slices bacon
3/4 c. chopped onion
1 (31 oz.) can pork and beans
1/4 c. catsup
2 Tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
Preparation

Fry bacon until crisp; reserve 2 tablespoons drippings in pan. Crumble bacon; set aside.
Saute onion in drippings until tender. Add bacon and remaining ingredients.
Simmer 5 to 10 minutes or until thickened and heated through, stirring occasionally.
