Chocolate Chip Rocky Road Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. soda
1/2 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 Tbsp. hot water
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. miniature marshmallows

Preparation

Melt butter at low heat.
Mix sugar until well blended.
Add eggs, hot water and vanilla.
Sift flour, baking powder and soda, add to sugar mixture.
Mix well.
Mix nuts and 1/2 cup chips and 1/2 cup marshmallows.
Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Cool.
Serve pie with scoop of ice cream.
