Zucchini Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium zucchini, cubed
    1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion, chopped
    16 oz. tomato sauce
    1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 green pepper, diced
    1/2 to 3/4 tsp. dried oregano
    1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
    1/2 to 3/4 tsp. dried whole basil
    2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Saute zucchini and mushrooms in vegetable oil until tender. Drain well and set aside.
    Cook and ground beef and onion in skillet until meat is browned.
    Drain off drippings.
    Stir in tomato sauce, flour, oregano, basil, salt and pepper. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 5 minutes.
    Stir occasionally.
