Raisin Sour Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. plus 1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
    1 c. plus 1 Tbsp. sugar
    3/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1 1/2 c. raisins
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3 egg yolks
    9-inch baked pie shell
Preparation
    Mix cornstarch, sugar, nutmeg and salt in a 2-quart saucepan. Stir in sour cream.
    Stir in raisins, lemon juice and egg yolks. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and boils.
    Boil and stir 1 minute.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Top with Brown Sugar Meringue (in Beverages, Microwave & Miscellaneous Section).
