Chicken With Banana And Coconut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, cleaned and trimmed
    2 bananas
    1 c. raisins
    1/2 c. coconut
    1/2 c. maple syrup
    1 tsp. cumin
    1 tsp. paprika
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Makes 2 servings.
    Heat frying pan and add olive oil, then cook chicken until almost firm.
    Add all other ingredients.
    Cook until hot (3 to 4 minutes) and serve.
