Curry Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. white vinegar
    1/2 tsp. curry
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. green pepper
    1 lb. shrimp
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Chill for 2
    hours.
    Then add the last four ingredients.
