Italian Lemon Ice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. Italian lemon ice
    2 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
    2 Tbsp. Strega liqueur
    3 small ripe and sweet cantaloupes or honeydew melons
    1 qt. lemon ice
Preparation
    Soften lemon ice slightly.
    Beat in lemon rind and Strega liqueur.
    Chill.
    Cut lemons in half.
    Discard seeds.
    With a melon baller, cut scoops or balls from melons and replace them in the melons.
    Top with generous portions of lemon ice.
