Swiss Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 or 3 lb. any kind of steak (cooked)
1 can tomatoes, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 small bell pepper
1 pkg. brown gravy mix
1/4 c. soy sauce
Preparation

Mix brown gravy as package states.
Then add onion, bell pepper, tomatoes and soy sauce.
Cook until thick.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Pour over cooked steak.
Serve with rice.
