Holiday Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can chunk pineapple
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. pitted dates
    3 carrots, thinly sliced
    2 oranges, peeled and sliced
    1/4 c. honey
    2 Tbsp. white vinegar
    2 Tbsp. lime juice
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 tsp. grated lime peel
Preparation
    Arrange all ingredients in large bowl.
    Mix dressing and pour over fruit.
    Serves 8.
