Green Bean Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. fresh green beans, cut lengthwise into strips
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3/4 c. Biscuit baking mix
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (4 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    3 eggs
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease 10-inch pie plate.
    Heat beans and 1-inch salted water to boiling.
    Cook, uncovered, 5 minutes.
    Cover and cook until tender, 5 to 10 minutes.
    Drain.
