Creole Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 hard-cooked eggs
1 (No. 2) can tomatoes
1 can tomato paste
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium bell pepper, chopped
1 c. sweet milk
6 flake crackers, crumbled
few drops Tabasco sauce
1 scant Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 stick butter
3 Tbsp. flour
salt and pepper
Preparation

Cook vegetables together until done.
Add salt and pepper. Make cream sauce out of next 5 ingredients.
Cut eggs in half; put in casserole.
Add alternately vegetables and cream cheese. Sprinkle a little of the cracker crumbs between layers; sprinkle remaining on top.
Heat for 15 to 20 minutes in a 325\u00b0 oven.
