Baked Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 to 4 lb. brisket
    2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. onion salt
    2 tsp. celery salt
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. barbecue sauce
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except barbecue sauce and the teaspoon salt.
    Marinate brisket overnight in this.
    Cover with foil and bake at 275\u00b0 for 3 hours.
    Remove foil.
    Pour barbecue sauce over meat and bake 1 more hour.
    Total baking time 4 hours.
