Posey'S Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising corn meal
    1 c. granulated sugar
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. nuts, chopped
    1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can drained pineapple
    1 c. brown sugar
Preparation
    Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serve hot with ice cream, coffee cream or commercial sour cream.
