Chocolate Zucchini Cake With Cream Cheese Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (18.25 oz.) pkg. fudge or devil's food cake mix
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs
1 1/4 c. water
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 c. zucchini (unpeeled), shredded
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Spray Bundt, tube or 9 x 13-inch pan with Joy.
Combine cake mix and cinnamon in large mixing bowl. Add eggs, water and oil.
Mix well.
Fold in zucchini and pour into prepared pan.
Bake Bundt or tube for 40 to 50 minutes.
If using a 9 x 13-inch pan, bake for 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool completely and frost with icing (Cream Cheese Frosting follows). Cake may be served without icing as well.
