Ingredients

4 eggs
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 pt. half and half
1 c. pureed fresh peaches
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 qt. milk
Preparation

Beat eggs until frothy.
Gradually add the sugar and beat well.
Stir in the half and half and peaches.
(Put peaches through blender to make puree.) Add vanilla extract and milk. Pour into ice cream freezer.
Strawberries or other fruit may be substituted. Yields 1 gallon.
