Authentic Homemade Picante - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 tomatoes, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    5 jalapenos, chopped fine (for mild; use 10 for hot)
    1 can tomato paste
    1 can beer
    juice of 2 lemons
    salt to taste
    garlic powder to taste
Preparation
    Use only fresh vegetables, not canned or frozen.
    Dice all vegetables and place in a large bowl.
    Add tomato paste, beer, lemon, salt and garlic.
    Refrigerate.
    Serve with tortilla chips or as relish on eggs, vegetables, etc.
