Lemon Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
    1 c. boiling water
    25 graham crackers
    1/2 c. melted oleo
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can evaporated canned milk, well chilled
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water and let set until it begins to thicken.
    Crush crackers; mix it with oleo and 2 tablespoons sugar.
    Pat into a 9 x 13-inch pan, saving about 1/3 cup for topping.
