Grandma Jewell'S Chicken Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 clove garlic
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 c. cooked peas
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 1/2 c. cooked, diced chicken
    1 jar pimentos
    1 tsp. salt
    2 pastry shells
Preparation
    Melt margarine.
    Add mushrooms and garlic.
    Combine cornstarch and milk.
    When smooth, add to mushroom mixture.
    Bring to boil, stirring constantly.
    Stir in rest of ingredients. Pour into pastry shells.
    Cover pie with pastry.
    Seal and flute edges. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
