Kraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (No. 2) can kraut
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 small jar canned pimento
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. oil
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 c. hot water
Preparation
    Pour hot water over kraut; drain and cool.
    Add onion, peppers, celery and pimento.
    Heat sugar, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
    Pour over mixture and marinate overnight.
