Easy Blender Chocolate Mousse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate bits
    5 Tbsp. hot coffee (can be instant)
    4 egg yolks
    1 tsp. vanilla
    5 egg whites, beaten stiff, but not dry
Preparation
    Place the chocolate bits in blender and pour the very hot coffee over the bits. Cover blender and run on high speed for 10 seconds (or until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth).
    Add egg yolks and vanilla. Cover again and blend on high speed for 5 seconds more.
