Sweet Cinnamon Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    8 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. milk (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease baking pan.
    Combine flour, salt, and baking soda and mix well.
    Stir in vegetable oil and mix, then add buttermilk and mix.
    Knead dough and roll out in a rectangle.
    Spread butter over dough.
    In bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon.
    Sprinkle over butter.
    Roll dough in jelly roll fashion, starting from one long side, pinch seam sealed.
    Cut into slices and bake until brown (approximately 15-20 minutes).
    Serve hot.
