Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 c. zucchini, cut in small bite size pieces
2 carrots, shredded
1 onion, grated
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1/2 c. sour cream
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm seasoned bread cubes or crumbs
1/2 c. melted butter
Preparation

Cook zucchini 5 minutes and drain.
Mix butter with half of the bread crumbs, then mix with other ingredients.
The other half of the bread crumbs go on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes. Cream of mushroom soup or cream of celery soup may be used.
