Dirty, Dirty Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground lean pork
    1/2 c. ground chicken gizzards
    1 c. rice
    1 can onion soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. chopped green onion
    1/3 c. chopped celery
    1 c. parsley
    1/3 c. chopped onions
    1/3 c. chopped green bell pepper
    1/3 c. red and black pepper
Preparation
    Mix ground meat with rice. Add onion, bell pepper, celery, onion and parsley.
    Mix in the soups and season with red and black pepper.
    Put into a heavy casserole dish and cover with close fitting cover in order to retain the juice.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 2 hours.
