Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 to 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 pt. half and half
    4 small or 2 large (24 oz.) pkg. thawed Ore-Ida hash browns
Preparation
    Melt first 2 ingredients together over low heat; mix all ingredients together.
    Place in greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Grate sharp Cheddar cheese over top generously.
    Onion may also be added.
    Bake at 350\u00b0, covered, for 45 minutes.
    Remove cover and bake an additional 15 minutes.
